Food

Some people just can't stop eating junk food until there's no more of them. Although some people eat healthful food, and yet they are fat. They just eat too much. Like my sister, she always says she was hungry 30 minutes after her meal.
I think every meal, you should only eat 80% full. Here's two tips. 1.Don't drink too much soda, because soda makes your protein go away. 2.Eating too much gum makes you more stupid, because most gums contain aspartame, which is bad for your brain.
